Black Tea ginger water fasting

First days:

In the morning: eat as usual

Noon: noon and usual meal

Evening: eat at the same time as usual

Second days:

Morning: carrot juice + ginger tea

Noon: carrot juice + ginger tea

Evening: something that is not greasy (such as Japanese food or porridge)

Third days:

Morning: ginger, black tea, 2 cups

Noon: the same as in peace

At night: at peace

A light meal at noon and evening!
